THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between April 18-22:
James Lea Roberts, aged 24, of Highgate, Upper Gornal, was fined £110 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on April 2. When tested, he had 65mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.
Mark Taylor, aged 48, of Dale Road, Oldswinford, was fined £100, for assaulting a man in Dudley on April 1. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.
Arielle Laurette James, aged 20, of Banklands Road, Dudley, was given a three month community order for assaulting a woman in Netherton on July 23, 2015 and causing £300 worth of damage to a car. She was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 9pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £350, a victim surcharge of £60 and £135 court costs.
Andrew Askins, aged 46, of Upton Street, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing numerous items from Motorsmart Autocentre, Cradley, on October 10, 2015 and failing to surrender at Dudley Magistrates Court on April 11 or as soon after that time as was reasonably practicable, having been released on bail. He was fined £25 and must pay compensation of £200, a £15 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.
Bradley Patrick Thomas Mohammed, aged 20, of Bryan Budd Close, Rowley Regis, was fined £110 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, in Sedgley, on July 30. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.
Tammy Jayne Smith, aged 23, of Byron Street, Pensnett, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Brierley Hill on January 5 and harassing a man between December 30, 2015 and January 4. She must pay a fine of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £200 court costs.
Joshua Edward Paul Stevens, aged 21, of Cromwell Close, Rowley Regis, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for driving while disqualified, without insurance, in Netherton on April 16. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
Mark David Jeavons, aged 35, of Ashenhurst Road, Russells Hall, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for failing to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. He was disqualified from driving for 28 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £620 court costs.
John Ross Preston, aged 31, of Hawksley Road, Russells Hall, was given a six month community order for assaulting a man in Dudley on September 20, 2015. He was given a six month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £200 a victim surcharge of £60 and £310 court costs.
Michael John Idoine, aged 46, of High Street, Lye, was sent to prison for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing meat worth £80, from Marks and Spencer, Brierley Hill, on March 28. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £135 court costs.
Gordana Kingji, aged 19, of Ellowes Road, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a police officer and obstructing them in the execution of duty, in Lower Gornal on May 1, 2015. She was also sentenced for assaulting a man on May 1. She must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £80 and £575 court costs.
Magdena Kingji, aged 21, of Ellowes Road, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting a police officer and obstructing them in the execution of duty, in Lower Gornal on May 1, 2015. She was also sentenced for assaulting a woman on May 1. She must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £80 and £575 court costs.
Koren Priestley, aged 34, of Murcroft Road, Wollescote, was discharged conditionally for six months for resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty, in Wollescote on January 31, 2015. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £100 court costs.
Ian Michael Bartley, aged 27, of Northfield Road, Netherton, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing tuna and salmon from Home Bargains, Dudley, on April 4. He must pay compensation of £65.99, a victim surcharge of £80 and £135 court costs.
Gordon Steven Ridley, aged 44, of Loebank Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing a wallet and contents, worth £278, in Netherton, on January 27. He must pay compensation of £278, a victim surcharge of £15 and £185 court costs.
Benjamin Charles Vance, aged 34, of Lindsey Place, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing meat, worth £28.09, from Co-op, Dudley, on March 26. He must pay compensation of £28.09, a victim surcharge of £15 and £135 court costs.
Gemma Anne Murphy, aged 26, of White City Road, Quarry Bank, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £156, from stores in Brierley Hill on April 4. She was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 9pm and 7am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £135 court costs.
James Michael Wallace, aged 32, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for stealing items, worthy £120, from shops in Wordsley and Kingswinford, on March 26 and April 13, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay compensation of £129, a victim surcharge of £80 and £135 court costs.
Mark Thomas Alexander, aged 22, of Blackacre Road, Kates Hill, was jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a man in Dudley on July 4, 2015. He must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £80 and £135 court costs.

The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 40 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £25 and £135 court costs.
Dean Nigel Trevis, aged 45, of Longmore Road, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for drink driving and failing to stop when required to do so by a police officer in Dudley on April 5. When tested he had 121mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and must carry out 120 hours unpaid work and pay £80 victim surcharge and £135 court costs.
