TWO men have been taken to hospital after a crash in Dudley.
The crash, involving two cars, happened on Elm Green just before 10.15am this morning (March 3), with two amblulances attending the scene.
The driver of the cars was believed to have had a medical episode before the collision.
He received treatment at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Russells Hall Hospital.
The driver of the second car was assessed before also being taken to Russells Hall Hospital.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 10.14am to reports of a road traffic collision involving two cars on Elm Green, Dudley. Two ambulances and a paramedic officer attended the scene.
"Upon arrival we found two men who were the drivers of the cars. The man from the first car, who is believed to have suffered a medical incident prior to the collision received treatment for his medical condition before being taken to hospital for further treatment.
"The man from the second car was assessed and had sustained injuries not believed to be life threatening. Both were conveyed to Russells Hall Hospital for further assessment.”
