A 26-YEAR-old Dudley woman has been fined by Dudley Magistrates after she was caught misusing a disabled person’s badge.
Naid Kosar, of Cypress Road, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 costs, when she appeared in front of Dudley Magistrates Court on December 17, for using a disabled person's badge to park on double yellow lines in Stone Street, when the disabled person was not in the vehicle.
Also in court on December 17: Christopher Duffy, aged 24, of Gate Street, Sedgley, was jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 24 months, as well as being ordered to pay £500 compensation and £85 court costs, for common assault.
Archibald Augustus Grant, aged 48, of Townsend Avenue, Sedgley, was handed a 12 month community order, as well as being ordered to pay £85 court costs, for possessing a kitchen knife in a public place.
Kevin Paul Tibbetts, aged 56, of Park Road, Netherton, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs, as well as being handed three licence penalty points, for speeding.
Jayne Hadlington, aged 45, of Poplar Green, Dudley, was handed four 12 month conditional discharges as well as being fined £295, for failing to notify a change of circumstances with regards to Social Security.
In court on December 14: David Jason Arrowsmith, aged 39, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was handed a two year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for stealing a pedal cycle.
Saghawat Ramzan, aged 36, of Pensnett Road, Brockmoor, was fined £115 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 costs, for driving without due care and attention.
The defendant was also fined £85 and was disqualified from driving for 28 days, for failing to stop after an accident.
Robert Paul Ralley, aged 21, of Stickley Lane, Gornal, was jailed for three months and disqualified from driving for three years, for driving over the legal alcohol limit.
Adam Clive Bayliss, aged 23, of Greenhill Road, Gornal, was fined £250 and ordered to pay £105 court costs and £15 costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 20 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.
Darren James Evans, aged 31, of Bankwell Street, Brockmoor, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 12 months, for driving without insurance.
The defendant was also fined £35 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
Isaac William Gibbs, aged 20, of Queen Street, Pensnett, was fined £35 and ordered to pay £60 costs and £15 costs, for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
The defendant was also fined £100 and disqualified from driving for six months, for driving without insurance.
In court on December 15: Adam James Colclogh, aged 19, of Stourbridge Road, Russells Hall, was fined £235 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 costs, for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.
The defendant was also fined £525 and handed eight licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.
He was also fined £235 for driving without a valid test certificate.
David Moses, aged 56, of Paint Cup Row, Netherton, was fined £145 and ordered to pay £15 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without due care and attention.
Ali Arshad, aged 47, of Delph Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £180 and ordered to pay £15 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.
The defendant was also fined £60 stopping his car on a pelican crossing.
In court on December 16: Samuel Mitchell Ward, aged 18, of Farm Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £40, for failing to produce a driving licence.
The defendant was also fined £40 for failing to produce a certificate of insurance.
He was also fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs and £15 costs, for failing to produce a valid test certificate.
Jamie Lee Gillard, aged 29, of Wheatcroft Grove, Kates Hill, was jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, as well as being ordered to pay £185 court costs, for receiving stolen goods.
Robert John Mcintosh, aged 25, of Woodside Road, Holly Hall, was jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, as well as being ordered to pay £185 court costs, for receiving stolen goods.
Kenroy Gayle, aged 36, of Jasmine Road, Kates Hill, was jailed for eight weeks, for stealing two pressure washers from Halfords.
In court on December 18: Jeremy Edward Pettifor, aged 37, of Gill Street, Netherton, was fined £400 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 16 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.
The defendant was also fined £400, for driving without valid insurance.
Shirley Campbell, aged 49, of Aston Road, Dudley, was fined £525 and ordered to pay £60 court costs and £15 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for failing to give information regarding driver's identity as required by a police officer.
Sharon Louise Morrison, aged 30, of Gill Street, Dudley, was fined £525 and ordered to pay £60 court costs and £15 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for failing to give information regarding driver's identity as required by a police officer.
