JEREMY BASTERFIELD Halesowen 2.12.62-19.11.08 His Mom and close family would like to send our most sincere thank you to everyone who so kindly donated to Mary Stevens Hospice in his memory. Our most grateful thanks and gratitude go to all the staff at Mary Stevens Hospice for their loving care and attention given to Jeremy during his short stay. Also for the care and kindness given to all the family at that sad time. It will not be forgotten. Published in paper 25/12/2008
