HILL MICHAEL DAVID Wife Sue, son Stephen, daughter Rachael and families. Mom Rene, brother Roger and all other relatives and friends are thanked for the kindness and sympathy extended to us all at this very sad time. Thanks to everyone who attended the Funeral Service at Providence Methodist Church and Stourbridge Crematorium on November 5th 2008. Special thanks to our minister and friend Rev. Dr. Paul Nzacahayo and Marcus Adams Funeral Director for their kind attention. Donations received for Cancer Research UK in lieu of flowers totalled £750.00 Published in paper 20/11/2008
