SHAUN ALAN PERKS Born 4.5.68 Died 4.8.07 aged 39 years The mom, dad and brother, Mary, Alan and Wayne, wish to thank friends, neighbours and relatives for messages of sympathy and floral tributes which were beautiful. Thanks to Murcroft Road friends of Shaun for their floral tribute. Special thanks to David Caddick of The Warehouse, also very special thanks to the Rev.
