Dr JOHN McANDREW Of Kiltane, Bangor Erris, Co. Mayo Died 3rd January 2013, peacefully at the Sheldon Unit Birmingham. Former double Gaelic football All-Ireland winner with Mayo in 1950 and 1951, who moved to England in the 1960's, and ran a GP practice for over 40 years in Haden Road, Old Hill. Beloved husband to Bridie, father to Sean, and grandfather to Molly, Nancy, Finbarr, Martha and Mae. Trainer to countless greyhounds. Removal to St Dunstan's Church, Kingsfield Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham B14 7JN at 6.50 pm on Wednesday 9th January. Requiem mass at 11.30 am on Thursday 10th January. Funeral afterwards to Oscott Cemetery, Hawthorn Brook Way, Birmingham B23 5LF
