BLACKHAM Gwen Of Dogkennel Lane, Halesowen Passed away peacefully on 26th August 2013, aged 78 years. The best Mom, Nan, Sister and Friend anyone could ever have wished for and will be sadly missed but never ever forgotten. Funeral service to be held on Monday 9th September at Stourbridge Crematorium at 2.10pm. i would like to offer our condolences to Gwens family at this sad time i knew Gwen and her family as i was growing up in Hazeldene Road and when she worked at the doctors surgery
she was a one in a million we will miss her but we will not forget her she was a lovely lady God bless you all from Mark Smith, Helen Smith and our boys James and Oliver xx
