REED Tony Passed away peacefully after a short illness on Wednesday 30th October 2013, aged 61 years. Beloved husband of Kath and a devoted father to Tom. Your presence we miss, Your memory we treasure. Loving you always, Forgetting you never. Thank you to everyone for their support at this sad time and to all at Mary Stevens Hospice for their kindness and care.
