HUGHES Philip Of Halesowen Passed away on 2nd November 2013, aged 39 years. Loving Son of the late Christine, Dad Ivan and Brothers David & Robert. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Thanks to everyone who attended the funeral service which was held at Stourbridge Crematorium on Thursday 14th November 2013. Many thanks to Dr's and Nurses on the Intensive Care Unit at Russells Hall Hospital. Thanks for Donations received for a Charity yet to be chosen and to Funeral Director Melanie Unwin of T.
