COLE Hazel Eileen Widow of Geoff and a much loved aunt and friend, lost her battle with Alzheimers disease on 2nd December in her 95th year at Hollyfields Care Home, where she had received excellent care for the last two years. Hazel's funeral service will be held at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday 18th Devember at 12.20pm. No flowers please but donations if desired can be made to the Alzheimers Society via H.Porter & Sons, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge DY8 3UJ
