WAKEFIELD Nicola Jane Passed peacefully away on Tuesday 11th November 2014 aged 56 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Alan, family and friends. Service to be held at Stourbridge Crematorium on Wednesday 26th November 2014 at 10.20 am. Thanks to the staff at Queen Elizabeth Hospital for their superb care & support shown to us at all times.
