COOK Andrew John (Andy) Of Halesowen Quietly passed away at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Edgbaston on Wednesday 10th December 2014 aged 53 years Loving partner of Lynne for 26 years Beloved son of Pam and the late Peter, dear brother of Nigel and a special uncle Sadly missed by all family and friends The funeral service will take place at the Stourbridge Crematorium on Monday 5th January 2015 at 11.40am Casual dress please and no black ties by request In lieu of flowers donations will be gratefully accepted for British Heart Foundation All enquiries and donations to Funeral Director, Marcus Adams, Halesowen 0121 602 0168
