NOONS Elsie Formerly of Cradley Heath and Cradley. Passed away on 28th July aged 99 years. The Funeral service will be held at Stourbridge Crematorium 11.40am on Wednesday 12th August. Family flowers only, Donations being accepted for the Georgina Ward, Russells Hall Hospital c/o co-operative Funeralcare 12 Hagley Road, Stourbridge.
