PERKS Phillip John of Halesowen Passed away on Friday 25th September 2015 aged 64 years. He will be sadly missed by Mom, Sister Karen and Nephew Marcus and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Service to be held at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Thursday 5th November 2015 at 12:15pm Flowers welcome.
