PARSONS Richard Sadly passed away on 24th December 2015 at Russells Hall Hospital, aged 73 years. Funeral service to take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium, Powke Lane, on Monday 25th January 2016 at 3.15pm. No flowers please. Donations if desired to "Royal National Lifeboat Institution".
