HALFORD John Arthur Brother of the late David Halford. Passed away 25th February 2016 at Russells Hall Hospital after a short illness aged 83 years. Funeral service to be held on Friday 11th March 2016 at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 11.30am. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society.
