BLOOMER Annie Cissie Passed peacefully away on 5th March 2016 aged 83 years. She will be sadly missed by loving Husband Lewis, Children Olive, Lewis, Melvyn, and Steven, Grandchildren and all family and friends. The Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 22nd March 2016 at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 10:45 am. Family flowers only please.
