SMITH Roger Brian Of Halesowen Passed peacefully away at home after a short illness on Wednesday 30th march 2016 aged 69 years. Beloved husband of Tina, dearly loved dad to Tara and much loved Grandad to Cameron. He will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Thursday 14th April 2016 at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please. Donations are being accepted and all money will be split between Birmingham Children's Hospital Heart Unit and the Grown Up Congenital Heart Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital please make cheques payable to Kidz to Bigz Hearts co.
