PLANT Nancy Amy Formerly of West Road South, Halesowen. Passed away at Hatton Court Care Home on 28th June 2016. Aged 92 years. Reunited with late Husband Philemon. Deeply loved Mom, Nan and Great Nan. She will be greatly missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral service to take place at St Peters Church, Cradley, followed by an interment at Homer Hill Cemetery on Monday 11th July 2016 at 2.15pm. Family Flowers only please.
