HAYCOCK Alan Passed away on Wednesday November 2nd 2016, aged 69 years. Sadly missed by daughters Melanie and Tracey and all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Friday November 25th 2016 at Stourbridge Crematorium at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Alan will be kindly accepted for Alzheimer’s Society or British Heart Foundation and may be forwarded to the Funeral Directors J. T.
