GOODWIN Phyllis Julia Peacefully passed away on Monday 28th November 2016, aged 95 years. Will be dearly missed by all her loving family. Funeral service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Friday 16th December 2016 at 1.30pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses. All enquiries to A.
