LOWE William Edwin "Bill" Passed peacefully away on 19th December 2016 aged 85 years. He will be sadly missed by his beloved Wife Doris, Children Paul and Kerrie, Brother John, Grandchildren and all family and friends. The Funeral service will take place on Monday 9th January, 2017 at St Pauls Church Blackheath at 12:15pm followed by committal at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 1.00 pm. Family flowers only please.
