HARPER Roy Of Church View Drive, Cradley Heath. Passed away 8th December 2016, aged 81 years. Dearly loved brother to David and his wife Janice. Cherished Uncle to Nicci and her Husband Mark. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 11th January 2017 at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
