TETHER Colin of Halesowen Former International Footballer for England Under 23's and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC. Passed peacefully away on Saturday 9th September 2017, aged 79 years. Loved and missed by those close to him. The funeral service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Monday 9th October at 3.30pm.
