PERKS Joan Lillian Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on Monday 26th February 2018, aged 89 years. Her funeral service and cremation will be held at Stourbridge Crematorium on Monday 26th March at 12.20 p.m. Donations gratefully accepted for Midlands Air Ambulance.
