TIBBETTS Jeffrey Of Halesowen Passed peacefully away on 11th September 2018 aged 91 years. He will be sadly missed by his Wife Kathleen, family and friends. The Funeral service will take placeon Monday 8th October, 2018 at Stourbridge Crematorium at 12:20 pm. Family flowers only please.
