PITCHER David John Passed away peacefully on Monday, February 18th 2019, aged 67 years. Much loved and sadly missed by all. Funeral Service to take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium, on Tuesday, March 5th 2019, at 10.45 a.m. Family flowers only, donations, if desired to Ward C3 at Russell's Hall Hospital.
