FREDERICK RICHARD FLETCHER (FRED) Of Blackheath Passed away peacefully on Saturday 3rd August 2019 in his 90th year. Beloved Husband of the late Gladys. The Funeral Service will take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Thursday 5th September at 11.30am. Floral tributes accepted if desired.
