JOAN CARTER Passed away peacefully November 18th, 2019, aged 89 years. Loving Mom, Mother in law, Nan and Great Grandmother, who will be cherished always in our hearts. Funeral will be held at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Friday, December 6th, at 10am. No Flowers please, donations accepted to Valley Court Nursing Home, Cradley Heath if desired.
