WILLIAM THOMAS PATRICK (BILL) Of Manor Abbey Road, Halesowen in his 89th year. Former Vice Principal of Hall Green Technical College and retired Consultant Surveyor at Walsall College BSc, FCIOB, PPCSI. Devoted Husband of Margaret, loving Father to Stuart and Debi and proud Grandad of Ben and Harry, died peacefully on Sunday 5th April 2020 at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. Private funeral at Stourbridge Crematorium with memorial to be held at later date. Donations in lieu to the Blue Cross Animal Charity. Enquiries: N.E Downing (Blackheath) Ltd. Tel 0121 422 2794.
