VERA JARVIS Our lovely Mum sadly passed away at Southmead Hospital, Bristol on 16th August 2020. Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother to many. We will all miss you so much. Rest in peace Mum. Funeral to be held in Clevedon. Mums favourite charity was Macmillan Cancer Care. All enquiries to L Bennett and Son 156 Old Church RD, Clevedon BS21 7TU Phone 01275 875882

Vera was my brown owl back in the late 60s. I met her again at the hospital about 7 years ago and she recognised me which was amazing.. A fabulous lady RIP brown owl it was a pleasure to have known you XXXXX

Such sad news.. a wonderful lady who inspired so many young girls in the guiding community. I’m an ex-brownie and proud to say she inspired me and moulded me into the woman I am today. The huge amount of charity work undertaken and her lifetime achievements shall never be forgotten. Always in my heart. Much love to her family. God bless.

Much loved and missed from the team at 7th Halesowen (OLSK) Brownies.... Her passion for 25 years and still going strong after her beginning our amazing pack in 1969. So many memories of a fantastic role model.
