Frank, aged 91, late of High Clere, Halesowen, peacefully passed away in hospital in Cardiff.
Loving husband of the late Iris, devoted father of Elaine, Sandra and Tim, and a loving grandfather.
A funeral service and burial will be held at Quinton Cemetery on Monday 2nd December at 2.30pm.
