FORMER MAYOR AND COUNCILLOR Jackson Harold Vincent MBE Former Mayor of Warley 1969/70, Honorary and Councillor of the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley Beloved Husband of the late Jean and dear Father of Nigel and Father-in-law to Margaret and a loving Grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all loving family and friends. Passed peacefully away 12th October 2012, aged 87 years. Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday 24th October at St Peter's Church, Lapal at 1.30pm followed by Private Cremation at Stourbridge Crematorium.
