I live in Dudley and have done so for more than 30 years. I taught maths at the local secondary school and was the union representative in the school for twenty years before involving myself in Party politics joining the Green Party in 2008.
I am married to Vicky who was a primary school teacher before also becoming very much involved in the Green Party.
I am not standing to try to persuade people to vote for me but to give people the chance to vote for an alternative to austerity and build a fairer society.
We would build more social housing instead of increasing the price of houses and reduce heating bills by insulating peoples homes free of charge.
We would ensure that everyone in our society is treated fairly instead of making teachers, nurses, firefighters and social workers pay for the problems caused by international bankers who are still being paid millions of pounds each year.
Every vote for the Green Party helps to persuade others to protect the most vulnerable in society and build a stable and sustainable society that protects our planet from climate change.
