JUNIOR chocoholics are being invited to enter the Netherton Easter Egg Quiz with a large prize up for grabs.
A 28cm tall milk chocolate treat is on offer to one lucky youngster who can correctly answer questions about Netherton during the Easter holidays.
The competition – run by Dudley Council – will take place between Saturday, April 8, and Sunday, April 23, with some answers likely to be known, or easily researched, but others may demand a visit to the town centre.
While in Netherton, mini visitors can also take advantage of a free Easter themed craft activity at Netherton Library, which is available throughout the Easter holidays.
Councillor Khurshid Ahmed, cabinet member for planning and economic development, said: “This quiz gives children the chance to enjoy a free Easter fun activity and it encourages people to take interest in their local area.”
Free quiz sheets will be available at Netherton Library, in Northfield Road, at Baked In Netherton, in Halesowen Road, and online at www.discoverdudley.org.uk
Completed quiz sheets should be placed into one of the competition boxes at Netherton Library or Baked In Netherton before Monday, April 24.
