A PENSNETT couple are opening their garden to the public as part of the National Garden Scheme this weekend.
The Bakers will open their garden on 49 The Plantation (DY5 4RT) on Sunday (June 3) from 11am-5.30pm.
Admission will be £3 for adults and free for children, with tea and coffee available at £1 and cakes priced £1.50.
David Baker said: "It's only a normal back garden but gives people ideas as to what can be achieved.
"It's crammed with plants, fruit trees and a greenhouse with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc, and, of course, the veg plot."
Profits go to the National Garden Scheme which donates to a host of major charities.
The couple will open the garden for a second time later this year on Sunday, September 2.
