A DOG was rescued from a house fire in Netherton last night.
Fire crews were called to a semi-detached house on St George Road just after 9pm on March 19.
Two crews from Haden Cross Fire Station battled the blaze, which started in the oven in the ground floor kitchen.
Eight fire fighters attended the scene, arriving at the house under five minutes from when the emergency call was made.
Nobody is reported to have been injured in the fire.
