A TEN-year-old girl was injured after being hit by a car in the car park of Tesco in Stourbridge.
The youngster was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be serious after she was struck by the car just after 5.20pm on Monday April 29.
Police say enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A police spokeswoman said: "Police were called to a collision at Tesco Extra in Stourbridge just after 5.20pm on Monday 29 April involving a pedestrian and a car.
"A 10-year-old girl was taken to hospital with injuries that are not thought to be serious. Enquiries continue to establish the circumstances around the incident.
