A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a suspected stolen car crashed and landed on top of a parked car.
A car ended up on top of a parked car in a front garden on Heath Road, Netherton, just before 6am this morning (June 7).
Police have arrested a 22-year-old man on suspicion of drink driving and perverting the course of justice.
A police spokesperson said: "Police were called to report a car had been stolen and involved in a collision on Copse Road, Netherton, just before 6am today (7 June).
"A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving and perverting the course of justice and is currently in police custody for questioning."
A spokesperson from West Midlands Fire Service confirmed that ten firefighters attended the scene with two fire engines.
He said: "One car has been in collision with two parked cars. It has come to rest on one of those cars parked in a garden area."
