IT may be the height of summer, but the search is on to find the next Santa for the festive season at Dudley Zoo.
Dudley Zoo has opened applications to find the star of the Winter Wonderland grotto for Christmas 2019.
The festive attraction beings in thousands of visitors every year to the 11th century castle in the zoo grounds.
Marketing Manager, Andrea Hales, said: “We’re already half way through the year so it’s time to search for a suitable jolly Santa who can spread lots of good cheer to our guests throughout December.
“They’ll work alongside a team of elves to deliver a magical experience for children and their families in our grotto, which is particularly popular with groups and school parties and gets especially busy at weekends.”
Anyone who thinks they have what it takes to be the next Dudley Zoo Santa should email their CV to marketing@dudleyzoo.org.uk or by post to Marketing Department, Dudley Zoological Gardens, Castle Hill, Dudley DY1 4QF.
The closing date for applications is Friday, August 2.
