TWO men were kicked and stamped on during a violent assault on a Sedgley street.
The men were attacked after intervening in an incident between a man and a woman, police have said.
Police and medics were called to the Northway, just after 8pm last night (August 26), where two men were found injured.
A man in his 50s suffered a head injury and remains in hospital, while a second man received minor injuries and did not need hospital treatment.
A spokesperson from West Midlands Ambulance Service said one ambulance, a senior paramedic and a merit trauma doctor attended the scene.
