A KNIFE and hammer were found in an uninsured driver's car in Dudley after it was stopped by police.
The Vauxhall Astra was stopped by police in Kates Hill today (Tuesday February 8) who found the driver had a provisional licence and no insurance.
They seized the car and the driver has been reported to court. Dudley Town Police tweeted: "On patrol on Kate's Hill with @Trafficwmp, we stopped this car which had previously failed to stop.
"We detained the driver for a search and recovered the pictured items.
"The driver had a provisional licence and no insurance.
"The car has been seized and driver reported to court."
