UPDATE: She has now been found 

POLICE have launched an appeal to help find a teen who is missing from her home in Dudley. 

Hannah, aged 15, left her home sometime this morning (April 21). 

Officers say that she has been missing before and that they are "really worried and need to find her as soon as possible".

She is 5ft 5ins tall, with a thin build, shoulder-length brown hair and a nose piercing.

She is likely wearing a green hoodie and red and white Nike trainers.

People who see her are asked to call police on 999.
