THE lifesaving work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s crew is back on TV screens tonight (Tuesday May 3).
Ambulance: Code Red, which is returning to 5Star at 9pm, follows the rapid response, pre-hospital emergency crew of the Lye-based Midlands Air Ambulance Charity as it responds to critically ill and injured patients across the Midlands region.
The programme focusses on the charity’s critical care provision in partnership with West Midlands Ambulance Service as crews of both organisations work together to save lives that hang in the balance.
The series will air on Freeview/31 , Sky/ 128, Virgin Media/151 and Freesat/131.
Tonight’s episode sees crews called to a patient who has fallen 12 feet onto concrete and a child involved in a road traffic crash.
