TK Maxx has welcomed customers to its brand new store at Merry Hill after closing its former outlet within the shopping mall.
The new two-floor fashion outlet located on The Boulevard opened its doors to shoppers at 10am today (Thursday September 1) just two days after the old store closed for good on August 30.
Store bosses said the new outlet boasts 26,525 square feet of store space and that all 51 full and part-time staff members would be relocated to the new store – which will also be recruiting for new staff members for the Christmas holiday period.
Merry Hill's centre manager Jonathan Poole said: “TK Maxx is very popular among shoppers at Merry Hill and their new larger store brings even more designer brands for visitors to choose from and at prices they can’t get anywhere else.
“The new 26,525 sq ft store spanning over two floors offers everything from fashion for all ages, to accessories, beauty products and home décor all under one roof."
