DUDLEY rock band Holocence are set to embark on a summer tour.
The band have showcased their music at a number of venues and events including Red by Night at the Waterfront, The Black Country Boat Show and the ‘Coming out of Covid Festival’ in Nuneaton as well as regular slots in bars and pubs across the Black Country last year.
The four-piece outfit comprises frontman Scott Hood, Gavin Molineaux on bass, Scott Hood, Charlie Addison on lead guitar and new member Chris Oakley on drums.
Frontman Scott said: "We worked hard over the weekdays and weekends all year, whilst running our day jobs and families in the recording studio and rehearsal rooms and are so excited to be gigging.
“Our greatest joy is performing live for both our fans and new audiences, and we eagerly look forward to returning to gigging with our new line-up.”
The band’s summer tour will kick off at the Church Tavern in Quarry Bank on August 27, starting at 3pm.
Scott said: “Our gig at the Church Tavern is back to roots gig for us as our local and will be packed with good people out in search of good music.
“Our set list of around 90 minutes takes us through classics from Hendrix, The Beatles and The Clash through to Nirvana, Kings of Leon, Rage Against the Machine and Foo Fighters.”
