TWO people have been arrested after a car crashed into a travel agent store in Sedgley.
The incident happened at around 6am this morning (July 15) on Dudley Street.
Two cars crashed into each other with one, a VW Golf, subsequently hitting the front of Co-Operative Travel.
Luckily, the travel agent was closed when the crash happened.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “Officers attended and supported fire and ambulance staff making the scene safe.
“A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and possession of cannabis.
“A 20-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of driving while over the limit for alcohol.
“Both remain in custody while our enquiries continue.”
