Police have made two arrests after Class A drugs and weapons were seized at an address in Walsall.
Officers from the Brownhills neighbourhood team carried out a warrant shortly after 12pm yesterday (Tuesday, November 14) and discovered a number of items including Class A drugs, paraphernalia, a machete, knives, a crossbow and a quantity of money.
A 35-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man were arrested on suspicious of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply.
They have both been released on bail while police continue their investigation.
The neighbourhood policing supervisor at Brownhills LPA, Sergeant James Whild, said: “This was an excellent result for the team. We have made two arrests, seized what we believe to be Class A drugs as well as seizing a number of weapons.
