The awards ceremony took place on Thursday, November 23 at the Copthorne Hotel in Brierley Hill where all the finalists came together to celebrate those that go above and beyond for the borough.

- Best Community Project or Group: Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer
- Independent Trader of the Year: Broadmark Doors
- Best Customer Service: Esther Alterations
- Best Establishment or Bar: Il Michelangelos
- Best Volunteer or Fundraiser of the Year: Sally Philpotts from The Mary Steven’s Hospice
- Teacher of the Year: Ross Nicholls from Halesowen College
- Best Sports Team or Club of the Year: Team Pumpkin Boxing
- New Business of the Year: Meadow View Mutts Secure Dog Field
- Business of the Year: Dudley Canal and Tunnels Trust
- Outstanding commitment to Dudley: Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer
